INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the knife sharpener on the platform, hold the handle of the knife sharpener with the left hand, place the knife Vertically in the v-shaped groove with the right hand, and pull the knife straight BACK(DO NOT push forward) with appropriate force, press the arrow direction for many times until the knife is sharpened, and then place the knife vertically in the "fine grinding" v-shaped groove to pull the knife as above, to achieve the best sharpness of the knife.
- Note: Please check the position or angle of the knife entering the v-groove! If it is not sharp enough, please grind the knife again.
